A few days ago, I withdrew $163.97 from my paypal account and sent it to my bank. It says that the transaction is completed, but I still haven't received the money and when I look at my bank account, I don't have any money pending. It doesn't show on my bank account that I even have $163.97 coming in. What's going on?
