Hello All,
I have a queerie. I believe I am not responsible for the costs of returning faulty goods through the distance selling regulations.
I have a seller assuring me that I am and need some clarity in Law please.
Anyone?
Thanks Kev

Hi there,
As far as I know the distance selling regulations don't apply to PayPal as we are a payment processor so I can't speak on the law. What I can speak on is the PayPal User Agreement
"PayPal may require the buyer to post an item back to the Payment Recipient that the buyer claims is Significantly Not as Described (at the buyer’s expense)"
According to what we can impose the buyer has to pay the money for the return postage costs.
