Pay Wire Transfer not working

Hello Everyone, The last two time I padi th £5 fee to get the 1-2 day bank funding it did not work.

I called the first the time and they said its bacuse they was looking into it and magicly it was in my bank the next day. This was amount of £850 so I can unserstand why they lookied into to but they promised to refund the £5 fee as this was a week later ans didnt receive it. 

So I jus forgot about it and carried it on.

Second time, I requested around £400 via the wire transfer and the same happened asfter a week it didnt even say completeed. So I call up and speak to a amrican man who informs me that this sustem is not working and not to use it.

Well surling if the system is not working whay are they allowing people to use it?

He also promised to refund the £5 fee and the previous £5 that I didnt not get and bobs your uncle still not recieved either and magically after the phone call it says "Satatus completed" and yup the cash was in the bank the next dad. 

Anyone hod any of the same expririce with this and believe that its all done by human and not a system? I have been a paypal user for years and done all ther checks after receiving x amount of monay and yet they are still treating me like a nooby (Aprat from holding all my paymants) Whick I appciaite load.

Come on paypal why are you liying yo your users? I the wire system does not work, REMOVE it and dont promise refunds if you do not intend to give them.

I am now £10 out of poacket and I am sure if I owed you £10 you would soon take it straight out of mr pp or bank account. 

If There is any admin here who could look into this for me I would be thankful and its costing a fortune call calling and soeaking to people who are clearly readly ready off a script.

I also requested a wire transfer for £392 paying the £5 fee. Payment was still showing as pending so i call paypal to find out why and was told that they have put it on hold for 72 hours!!! She said that i had withdrew it too quickly and that they had to make sure i wasnt money laundering! If i hadnt withdrew i could of spent it on ebay or anywhere else that accepts paypal so tell me whats the difference. Its my money and i should be able to do what ever i want with it!! I'm really getting pi**ed off with paypal now!!!!

 Occasionally our internal security system will place a hold on a withdrawal while we review it. Please rest assured that this doesn’t mean we suspect you’re acting in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

Many banks and credit card companies work this way too. Also, your £5.00 GBP withdrawal fee will be automatically refunded back to you 24 hours after the funds post to your bank account. If this is not the case you can contact us by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of any PayPal page.
