This is a help board and not paypal customer services.

But from looking at the board there have been issues with the postage labels recently and i can't advise how you can get around that.

You are still covered if you send normally and add the tracking number to the transaction in your paypal account afterwards.

Yes, I cannot send normally as Paypal won't release my funds and I don't have the money to cover it until they do. They won't do that until the buyers are happy. The buyers won't be happy until they receive the goods. So my only option is to send via Paypal.

And it's still not working.
