New Minimum Limit For Withdrawals

I have just tried to withdraw an amout around £25 to my bank account but there now seems to be a minimum withdrawal of £90. Is this a completely new thing as yesterday I manged to move £20 to my account with no problem.

I just encountered this, I needed to withdraw £40 to one of my accounts to cover a payment, and the rest to another account for rent day.

Had I not worked around it by withdrawing it all to one account and transferring the £40 by hand, this could have been a real issue for me!

Really don't think this should be imposed, as there are many self-employed and hard-up people who use PayPal living financially day-by-day. A lot of them may well find this new limit completely messes up their cash flow, myself included.

Thanks to everyone's suggestions of using the app I have managed to withdraw my money, annoyingly the PayPal app is no longer supported on Windows mobile phones but luckily my daughter has an android tablet which the app works on.

Its a glitch not new policy, I have just had this reply when I asked about it via a paypal moderator.

Hey Kernowlass. This definitely is not a new policy. I'll pass this to our technical teams so that they can check this out but there shouldn't be any restrictions on withdrawing funds unless there are currently withdrawal limits on a PayPal account.

UK desktop user here. I am trying to withdraw dollars and am being told I need a minimum of $150. I presume this is part of the same glitch?

Maybe, and there is no way to know how long it will take to fix it.

Same here, how long is this going to take to sort out paypal? Some of us have to withdraw small amounts as and when we need it to live on.

Having the same issue as everyone else here and i think i have found a temp solution to the issue of withdrawing money under £90 to your bank account until PayPal sort this issue out.

Firstly Click on Money on the top of the screen and this will take you to the withdrawal section. Click Withdrawal and this will bring up the old classic view for you then to place the amount to transfer the money you wish to your bank account.

Hope this helps many wanting a quick fix urgently.
