Negative pending balance

Hi,

I have a negative balance of 2.70 and a pending amount of 2.70.

I'm wanting to clear the negative balance and purchase from Ebay. However, whenever i try and clear the negative balance, it says i cannot. Help?

I had an outstanding of ~£15 and cleared this off with debit card, im wanting to add more from my debit card also but wont let me, assuming becuase of the pending money from an ebay sale

OK your posts are a tad confusing, first you say you say you can't clear the neg balance and then you say you did do but now want to add more funds to your paypal balance is that correct??

If so then as you can't add funds to your paypal account balance from a card in the UK i don't know how you cleared it UNLESS you phoned customer services and cleared it via a card over the phone??
