I recently lent £26 to my friend on PayPal, and then a few days later, he said he'd sent me the money he owed. When I logged onto paypal to claim it, it wasn't there. I have no idea how this could have happened as PayPal was working fine before that. And before people say that my friend may have not sent the money, I've lent him money before and always got it straight back.
