Money Withdrawal Completed but no funds.

Hello Guys,

I made two withdrawals that is already completed by paypal but did not appear in my bank account, The first one is more than 10 days and the other one is less than 10 days. It only took 2 to 4 business days to get the money through my account. For using paypal for so many years, this is the first time I encountered something like this.

I work hard to earn my money and help my parents to buy medicines. And now we are in emergency.

I made a call with paypal but nothing happened, it's like talking with a robot giving only general information. I also send an email with paypal an i hope to get a fast response and action. I need my money. Paypal Please fix this.

Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I contacted paypal customer service several times. I can't believed this. The first customer service, send me a message to send them a message by OCTOBER 12, 2015 for the first ISSUE withdrawal and OCTOBER 14, 2015 on the second withdrawal. And Yes, I sent them a message, but STILL NOTHING IS APPEARING IN MY BANK. I WENT TO MY BANK MORE THAN 10 TIMES.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS. 14 days, and 7 days.

And I MADE another withdrawal and it's been two days now. So I HAVE 3 ISSUES WITH PAYPAL regarding with my withdrawal to my bank account.

I NEVER CHANGE ANYTHING, same bank, same account. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF PROBLEM AND IT REALLY PUT ME INTO A HARD SITUATION.

IT"S BEEN A WEEK SINCE MY FATHER HAS HIS MEDICINES, AND I CAN'T BUY BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE.

PayPal will be happy to trace a missing bank withdrawal after 14 business days and we'll do what we can to chase this if you contact us on Facebook or Twitter.

If it's showing completed then PayPal have already sent the money going the the bank details that you have specified they've don their part. If a problem arise they can make a withdrawal trace after 48 hours.
Now banking system atleast allow the sender to file a trace atleast 30 days after to check what went wrong that's the normal process. You're lucky enough that paypal made it quicker for you so you only have to wait 48 hours from the time it showed completed.
