Missing transaction

I added £12 to my account at 03:13 Wednesday morning (09/04/14) and it has not been added to my balance. Where is my money? My bank has confirmed that my transaction was sent to PayPal and the available balance is £12.

Moderators never mark a thread as solved.

The only person that can mark it solved is the person that started the thread.

But it does not mean that you can't keep adding to it.

I accidently marked it as solved. I was told on the phone this evening that my missing £12 would be put back in my bank either tonight or tomorrow morning... Seeing is believing!

(First time posting) had anyone had their money yet? I transferred mine early hours Wednesday and again this morning it's still not available, I've been lied to over and over about when it's going to be available.. I've spoke to them again this morning to now be told Wednesday will be the day everyone will recurve their money!!! I'm trying to log a formal complaint but even that's giving me he'll cause it won't accept my signature... Any help would be fab xx

This is absolutely ridiculous now! When you owe money out, companies are quick enough to let you know about it but when companies owe YOU money, it's like trying to get blood out of a stone!!!!
