I don't have a direct debit set up woth PayPal, i use my NatWest mobile banking app to transfer funds from my account to PayPal and every time it is straight away until now. I am not the only user to have this issue.

I'm experiencing this same issue. Apparently there was a "technical issue" on the website on Wednesday morning... I have £12 missing from my balance and NatWest have confirmed my money was sent to PayPal.
