I waited 180 DAYS FOR MY MONEY!

I have waited about 10 months for my money since my account has been limited for NO REASON! i have called up and gave proof but i keep getting hung up on and automated emails which don't help I HAVE GONE PAST THE 180 DAYS AND I WANT MY MONEY WITHDRAWL into my card and my account closed  WHAT SHALL I DO?
