I have had money stolen from my account by scammers

I had scammers take this

Purchase details

£100 App Store & iTunes Gift Card

Total

£100.00

out of my account.

you can tell by the item number UK-01-001-001-100 

that this is a false and a scammer by terrorist.

I hope that PayPal is not funding these terrorist scammers.

How do I get PayPal to get the £100 back to me Please help.

Click on the transaction > click on 'report a problem' bottom of that details page and open a dispute for an 'unauthorised transaction'.

Already tried that with PayPal 

I get blocked from opening a dispute and this message

Thats because you are not covered by buyer protection for that sort of item.

So your only hope is if you funded that payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.

The transaction was made FROM your paypal account whether you made it or not.

So if that transaction was funded from your credit card then do a chargeback.

If your paypal account was hijacked and used without your consent then they could equally have used your 'funding' source to fund it.
