I can't do anything on my account?

So I have just under £100 in my account. I can't send it to my friend's paypal account, it just gives me an error.

"We can’t send your payment at the moment. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal."

My account is un-verifired, but this has never been a problem before and it's really frustrating me. There's a £250 limit on un-verified accounts, so this shouldn't be happening. I just want to transfer my money. It's already been almost a week.

Any idea what this is/how to fix it?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

It does sound like our security system is stopping your payments. Here are some things you can do to help with this https://www.paypal.com/gb/selfhelp/article/why-won't-my-payment-go-through-faq1571?app=searchAutoCom... . Verifying your account will certainly help with your payments. Though it hasn't been an issue in the past it will be a factor in payments being declined.
