Debit Card Balance Transfer

Hello, I recently put an item on eBay that sold quickly and I have the money pending on PayPal but I wanted to make sure I could get it out whenever it clears and I'm a little confused as to if I need to link my bank account if the debit card I have attached to my pay pal is the card attached to my bank account. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Does it say anything about the new seller hold where it says pending??

Once the funds have cleared into your paypal account balance you can click on "withdraw funds" BUT you can only withdraw to a linked and verified bank account and not a card in the UK.
