Also unable to sign in to paypal account direct.  Outage site shows outage in parts of UK and Europe.  Is paypal experiencing problems?  Can't get through to them bu phone either.

I think if there had been problems we would have had a lot more posts on here. Personally i have not had a problem.

Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
