Trying to to withdraw but bank account isn't confirmed

the PayPal account is in my daughters name and she doesn't have a bank account so she added my bank account but it put her name as the account holder and she requested to withdraw the funds but I think I have to confirm my bank account but I don't see the 1p deposited with the code? Do you lot know why this could be

A paypal account has to be in one persons name with one persons bank account linked to it.

If the names don't match then even if you could verify it the odds are that she will have problems withdrawing those funds.
