No it isn't free- it cost me £30 last time I called them. I need to email them not look at help pages to tell them that I will pay mty defecit when I get paid. I don't use facebook or twitter and I certainly would not be using social media to send them a message about my account! Well if they have no email that is their problem. I have done al I can to contact them regarding this issue- they need to have a customer services email service.

And i gave you the email option at option 1 so why do you say they have no email???
As for using social media its one of the best ways to contact them and you send them a PRIVATE message on their Facebook or Twitter page.
Oh and your welcome.

I have typed in many times "email pay pal in that box" and nothing comes up but tons of questions on how to log into onbe's account, how to manage one's bill etc, if there is an email perhaps you could just type what it is - why the big secrecy? I told you that I do not use facebook, it is not trustworthy to talk about banking details on there.

I have also given you 5 different ways to contact customer services, normally this is more than enough for most folks, if its not for you then i can do no more. You seem incapable of the simplest task.
