At last, Paypal have finally fixed the flaw which resulted in withdrawals taking 3 days+ instead of 2hrs.

Has it made any difference... apparently not.  My withdrawals are still pending...  anyone else still waiting?

The "timings" don't actually start until the status changes from pending to completed.

'Solved'? Well, no, I don't think so. Just had the same problem AGAIN.

They do state this.

A PayPal spokesman said the issue had been solved although, like other payment
providers, PayPal still had a regulatory obligation to make a certain number of
security checks.

Im fuming that this appeared on the BBC website but not on Paypal. Why do Paypal refuse to communicate with their customers? Why do we have to read about what's going on elsewhere?
