Am I stuck in the negative?

I only made this PayPal account recently so unfortunately I was a little lacking in knowledge. I recently received a payment, but I made the mistake of using invoice rather than pay request to get it, and without knowing I had to wait 21 days before it was no longer pending, I had the money sent to my bank, or rather I tried, but now it's stuck in limbo until the 21 days and I was left with a negative balance. After the 21 days, will everything go through and be set right again? Also another payment came in too, which took off some of the negative balance, but have I now lost that money because of the mistake and I can no longer take it out?
