uploading documents

trying to upoad documents.as proof of a persons death.  Been told to go from the resolution centre > steps to remove limitations>resolve>upload.

I cant find any link to the steps to remove limitations. Where is it ?

Hi lizziefrench, 

I am not able to view your PayPal account so I can only advise you in general. If you are being requested to upload documents via a limitation you will see this in the resolution centre. 

Go to the resolution centre and go to the bottom of that page. You should see something along the lines of "resolve limitation now" or "complete the steps below". You should see a box with a list of steps in it. Here you should have to option to upload your documents. 

Please let me know if this works for you if not I can provide an alternative option.
