Hi there Raybispham,
It sounds to me that this refund is trying to be sent to your email address but it is not confirmed. In order for you to be able to receive a refund from eBay, you would need to confirm your email address first of all.
Here’s how to confirm your email address:
- Go to www.paypal.co.ukand log in to your account.
- Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
- Click 'Update' beside 'Email.'
- Select the email address you want to confirm, click ‘Confirm’ and we will send you an email.
- Click the link in the email to confirm your email address.
Note:
- Until you confirm your email address, you cannot receive money.
- You also must confirm your email address before you can make it the primary email address on your account.
Once you have confimed your email address, you should receive your refund within a few hours.
I hope this helps,
David.
