I was and still am having problems linking my card to account as current one has expire. Chose to contact PayPal and call them. Was sent a 4 digit number on screen to enter which I did. Automated system Then asked for card number, expiry date and 3 digit security which I gave...... Then it said they would transfer me to an operator ..... Time in queue was 1 hour 30 minutes??? Is this right.... Have I been scammed
