It asks for my bank post code. I do not know it nor do they include it on my statements. why is this so important and why can I get no further with setting up my account. there should be an option to say not known. its ludicrous
Your statement should show the post code of your bank. It is a requirement in order for us to be able to confirm your bank account successfully. What you could do is try searching your bank on the internet and this may provide you with the postcode of your bank. You could also try contacting your bank directly and see if they can provide you with the post code of the branch over the phone.
