I have the paypal credit card or access card - it expired 11/15 and has not been renewed - I am in credit and have used it no problem - Whats going on?? - I tried contacting the help at new no. 0337007060 and just could not get through after holding for 30 mins - rubbish service.
Further update - it appears the new helpline no is a premium rate or overseas no, and i paid dearly for holding for 30 mins. it stated the no was a cheaper alternative to the original helpline no. 08455058801 - Any paypal rep on here willing to answer??
