Name to appear on my statement

Hello, I'm in the process of claiming for some expenses and some funds were drawn directly fromy paypal account. I submitted the paypal statement but it has been rejected as it does not have my name on ot anywhere - nor my full bank/card details. Is there anyway I can get proof of payment which has my name on? Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

There wouldn't be a statement you can download from your account that shows your name. You should however receive an email confirmation whenever you send a payment which will show the payment details and your account name. We also send you a monthly statement email which will also show your name.

If you have a business PayPal account there are more options. Just choose 'reports' in your account for details.
