Hi guys my name is paul and i am from greece and i have a problem i want to link my paypal account iwth my bank account but it always tell me that i cant do this at this moment and when i am asking from paypal to help me they always just send me links about how to add the bank account but the think is that i know how to add but for some reason its not let me to plz help guys i dont know what to do.
