Buisness to Premier and PayPal taking long time to respond to email

Its been over 3 days since I sent in an email to paypal talking about changing my Buisness account to a Premier or Personal account because I no longer have a home buisness and my PayPal has been limited, since I no longer have a buisness and anything that goes into or out of my account is tiny transactions 1-10 USD mostly for friends and small things that I buy at a store (with pp debit card) and I can provide everything except, shipping and "Confirm available inventory", since I never shipped anything out or have an inventory. I can't call PayPal at the moment because its late, and I almost never have time. Thank you

Phoning is best, if not try their Twitter or Facebook pages where you can send a message to customer services.
