integrating paypal buttons on a website

I am building my website in Wordpress and use s2Member plugin to establish membership levels and paypal integrations

I need to find the following on the Paypal (business) account

Account Profile -> Instant Payment Notification Preferences (in order to turn ON and input  IPN URL)

Account Profile -> Website Payment Preferences (in order to turn ON and input AUTO-RETURN URL)

I cannot find either of the above explicitly on the Paypal (business) account website.

Could anyone help?
