error in adding bank account

i cant link my bank account in order to lift limitation of paypal account

could i know why????

We are unable to view your account here so I wouldn't be able to tell you the reason for this. What I would recommend is getting in touch with our customer service by phone. You can find the number by clicking 'help and contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. On the phone we can check on any issues and add the bank for you if needs be.
