How do I remove my existing Primary e-mail address which no longer exists and add a new e-mail address. I have added the new address in settings and confirmed it on the e-mail sent to the new address but it remains "unconfirmed" any help appreciated please?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
