changing password

hi, do i have to verify my card details to change my password, because its asking for them when i click to change. thanks

Sometimes when you are updating certain aspects of your PayPal account or making sensitive changes, you are asked to verify your card number. You would be asked for this information when updating your password and it is so that we are sure it is you before we complete the request for you.
