why when i wanna add a credit card...there is always a message
"We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date"

1.My Credit Card Number is typed right
2.The Expiration Date is still Valid
3.i have followed the instruction on my email to add card
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3.Click My Money.
4.Click Update beside "Debit and credit cards".
5.Click Add a Card.
6.Select the card type and enter the required information.
7.Click Add Card
what should i Do??i wanna get verified and also can't because of that,please help me solve this problem.thankyou,
i use ANZ TRAVEL VISA CARD.
