now my problem is ..... having had my account for many years workin and dealing in the uk..
Now I live in Bulgaria and when changing my address I cannot change the country on the address list ... make it a pain to set up postal adrress properly with post code....
At the moment, it's not possible for a customer to change the address that your PayPal account is registered in. If you have recently moved to Bulgaria, my best advice for you would be to try registering an account in Bulgaria and you would be able to use the account in Bulgaria without any difficulties.
