Why can't I use one email address on two PayPal accounts??

Hi,

I would like to open another Paypal account (I read on your forum that I can't just change the country of my account (I have moved to another country), I have to open a whole new one!) I only have ONE email address.......and so when I try and open a new account I get a message saying there is already an account with that email address.

This seems like such a round about way of changing my details! All I want to do is buy something online and unfortunately the vendor only accepts Paypal and so this is not delaying my transaction!!

Please help.

Unfortunately you either follow the policies or don't use this service. It's really that simple.
