Hi, I would like to open another Paypal account (I read on your forum that I can't just change the country of my account (I have moved to another country), I have to open a whole new one!) I only have ONE email address.......and so when I try and open a new account I get a message saying there is already an account with that email address. This seems like such a round about way of changing my details! All I want to do is buy something online and unfortunately the vendor only accepts Paypal and so this is not delaying my transaction!!
