I switched bank in early December, and want to remove my old account from PayPal, along with my old debit card. Both of which are now cancelled.
I have called paypal, and emailed them now on THREE occasions without resolution. Each time I try and remove my bank account it says "You cannot remove an account whilst there are pending transactions.." and tells me to wait 7-10 days. There are no pending transactions on my account, and even if there were they would fail as the account is closed.
Similarly when I attempt to remove my old Debit Card, I am told that I cannot remove it when "...pending verification". I have (to my knoweldge) never attempted to verify this card.
Can anyone help me out here?
