Trying to add a new card to profile - problem.

Hi,
I'm trying to add a credit card to my account but it says the card is already registered with another account.
It shouldn't be, and I'm trying to figure out how to find out which account it is associated with and how to fix this.

The quickiest and easiest way that we could resolve this issue for you both would be if you try and contact us directly. We can try and locate exactly where your card is registered and where possible, resolve the issue while speaking on the phone with you.
