pls help man - i entered my card - it was accepted 0 now they substracted $2 fromthe credit card - im afraid there will another substraction so i cancelled my credit card from paypall- when i tried to enter again beacuse someone will transfer fund to me via paypal now it says -This credit card cannot be added to your PayPal account. Please try another card.
When you add a card they deduct a small payment to verify your card and it is paid back in again very shortly afterwards.
By removing the card you stopped that verification and the refund of the small payment.
Now you can't re-add that card to your paypal account again. I would contact customer services via contact us bottom of paypal pages and ask if they can re-set your card again.
