This bank Account has already been added to PayPal

Help! This has been going on for a while now and I eventually gave up with it. I tried signing up to PayPal last year and must of blocked my card accidentally when entered the deposit codes in the verification part WRONGLY. Everytime i try to verify my account I get this message..

(This bank account has already been added to PayPal but was not successfully confirmed. Please contact our Customer Service department for help confirming your bank account.)

Help please as I'm fed up of having to ask my friend to order things online for me!

I would suggest doing as they advise and contacting customer services and they can reset and resend your deposits.

Go to contact us bottom of paypal pages > put in account probs and phone the number given > when you get through don't  say or select any option just hang on till you get an agent.
