I am very concerned that I have received an e-mail supposedly from Pay Pal asking for my bank details. As these are already logged with P.P. I wonder if this is a fraudulent mail. I would appreciate an answer please as this is very worrying.
I am also concerned that there appears to be NO WAY in which to contact the Pay Pal Staff when there is a problem. I do not really wish to state my business to all in a public forum.

As you don't want help from those in a 'public forum' then I suggest you use one of these >>

2. You can click on help / contact and use the phone option in the blue band top of the page.
3. You can send them a p.m via their Facebook page @ www.facebook.com/PayPal
