Why is it so difficult to get a purchase processed on a UK PayPal account. I have tried as requested to update my card details 3 times tonight and each time it wipes the info and tells me to add an account number.
I also have an account to buy things in Spain (seperate) and this one wont permit a UK card or UK Bank account to be added
Paypal is country specific so if you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
