How too stop paypal taking money from my bank? Only from paypal Balance if i have one?

As long as you have cleared funds in your paypal balance then paypal will use it as long as those funds are cleared and not pending / in the correct currency AND you don't use pay after delivery.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
