I done some online shopping with ebay, and on my bank statements it says, ive payed PAYPAL LIYAM, but on my paypal transactions theres nothing there i brought 6 things and not one thing shoes, im trying to get a refund for a item as it didnt show up, and there saying theyve payed back to my original payment method, ive check mine and my partners paypal but theres nothing, no history or anything. how can i see if i paid with bank account or paypal? as i didnt pay with paypal account money.

I'm sorry to hear what has happened here. If you are unable to locate this transaction on your PayPal account, it's possible that this payment hasn't been sent through PayPal. I would advise you to check your bank and card statements in order to try and locate the payment that you sent to this merchant.

If the payment is showing on your bank statement as a PayPal payment but you cannot see the payment on PayPal, it's possible that the payment has been sent as a guest payment.
