DLGJ0640 is all that it gives me when saying it cannot provide me with this service.
waited 30 days as advised by paypal to re apply and still getting this
anyone had any issues with this ?
i have had the same problem and been told by paypal agent that i should re apply after 2 months
did you get a solution for that ?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
