PayPal Owes me money

Can anybody tell me how I can get in touch with someone at PayPal. They took 58€ from me and I've been trying to get it back for nearly a year. I am losing patience but thought I'd try this before going further.

If you are trying to contact PayPal directly, you can click the Contact Us icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the Call Us or Email Us option in order to contact us directly.

When you get in touch with us, we will be able to investigate this further on your behalf and let you know exactly what has happened on your account.
