Papal not recognising my password and info when I try to change it. I am verified.

I have been verified and have bought and sold with my account/passwords/etc,. Suddenly, paypal isn't recognising my password and when trying to change password, they do not recognise the security question as they are using old information,  I have tried phoning but it doesn't work with the automated voice.

 

I cannot access paypal to try to resolve these problems. Can anyone give me advice on what to do next?

Hi joanne11, 

 

I do regret to hear you are having issues logging in to your account. May I suggest that you try our password recovery options. When you go to log in, click on forgot your password and we can send you an email to reset your password. If you are requested to answer security questions and you can not remember them or they are not recognising them then I would suggest that you try password recovery by phone. 

 

If all the above fail please contact us via the contact us link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You can contact us even if you are unable to remember your details. We will be happy to assist you accessing your account  again.

Hi Paula

I have used your password recovery function and re-set my password for number of times but intermittently Paypal stops recognising my password. It is very frustrating especially this happens when I am shopping online. Please fix this issue.
