CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP. I'M ALSO HAVING PROBLEMS. THE MESSAGE UNABLE TO VERIFY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AT THIS TIME. CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT I'M DOING WRONG OR HOW TO RESOLVE THIS. I'M FINDING THIS WHOLE PROCESS VERY FRUSTRATING.

Hi, i'm having exactly the same issue.
The problem is not confirming the bank account, it's the basic ADDING a bank account that's the problem. Everytime I attempt to add my account, I'm faced with this message:
"We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."
The details are EXACTLY as they are on my statement AND bank card.
Can someone please advise... So frustrating!

hi i removed my bank account to put another account on now it wont let me add a bank account anyone know why its doing my head in

I'm having this exact problem also. I have changed banks too so it's making using paypal awkward!

I am having the same problem , and its been happening over a few days now. Mightly **bleep** off, you have no right to deny me access to my money. I would expect some form of compensation for this as its unacceptable.
Sitting on my money that I cant withdraw because you wont accept my bank card, takes the **bleep** for sure.

And customer service is of no help, i just wasted 10 minutes of my time explaining the situation to get a automated reply email. Paypal is history as far as im concerned, ill go elsewhere in future.

I`m going to take this to the small claims court. I want compensation from Pay`pal` for witholding MY funds by not allowing me to add a bank account. I suggest you all do the same.
Cant contact by phone asI consistantly get cut off.
Automated emails are beyond a joke.
FIX IT.
