Not receiving emails from PayPal

About 10 weeks ago all 3 of my businesses stopped receiving emails from PayPal. Then about a week later they all came through. I didn't change any settings....it just sorted it self out and they came through. Yesterday I've again stopped receiving email confirming payments have been received for my eBay and web site sales. It's a real problem and slows me down in dealing with my sales and customers. What's going on this is really poor customer service?
