Perhaps somebody can assist. I have a UK personal PayPal account. I need to order gear and deliver it in Germany so it can be shipped over to me in Africa where I currently work. Online EU sites are bound to deliver to PayPal address, in which I can not add an address outside the UK to select for delivery. I certainly can not open another Paypal account in Germany just for delivery, as I don't have a bank account there it is probably not possible either.
You can't add international addresses to a country specific paypal account.
Actually I am surprised your UK account is working if you are out of the UK at the moment as normally security kicks in and stops you until you complete i.d. verification to prove its you using it.

Thank you, I did verification years ago so I hope it lasts. Its a real drawback not being able to use PayPal when outside the country. Its not useful if I can't specify where my purchase is to be delivered. Did you know that according to a UN study in 2013; 232 million people live outside their countries of origin. Real world implication is that I can only use PayPal to send something to my home address for the 7 days I am there in a year. I always wondered why PayPal was not being offered on all online shopping sites, even flight bookings as it would be so much easier. Now it is clear that it is not as usable as a credit card service. I hope this can be resolved in the future as I wouldn't want to have to try and open a PayPal account first in every country I want to send a delivery to whether for myself or as gifts.
