I ordered a real human hair wig based on photographs, when the item arrived (it was exceptionally late in arriving although I paid for faster delivery) I then discovered it was nothing like the one advertised and so I emailed the seller regarding this and advised that under UK distance selling Laws could I return the item for a full refund, the seller did not respond, I then emailed a second time stating they had 7 days to reply to me - this also went unanswered in the end I decided to send the item back to the address on the packet in the UK, I paid for special next day delivery which cost me an additional £6.75. Today the package was returned to me stating it had been declined by the address I returned it to, the package was unopened and I don't understand what has happened, I do know however that it is a Chinese seller pretending to operate from the USA, I have been caught out like this in the past, and because I paid by personal debit card could not do anything about it, the problem on paypal is that you don't know about this type of business transaction until you have paid, so in future perhaps paypal could advise when this sort of this comes up?
